Per-partition verification trail. Each entry records what was checked,
what was found, and how it was resolved. The atlas's source data
(standardized/, data_*.csv) is the published
paper artifact and never edited; corrections live in
site/data/partitions/<slug>/info.yaml and surface here
so users can see what changed between paper and web.
